FAQ

How do I create an series?

This is a great option if you are creating multiple events of the same thing. Example: A monthly young family gathering. Create your first event. Then after it's saved, click copy at the top. Select Recurrece pattern Then select if you want it to be weekly, monthly, etc. Make the rest of your selection and hit Ok. Then Selcted copy attached file and hit Ok. Your dates should all be good. You may need to double check if you need to make title or discription changes. Or see if any of the series dates fall on a major holiday. Make sure your events are added to the Perimeter Website. Other wise you are good to go!

Case study

How do you post something on a city page that can link to another ministry page?

You will need to create an event. Fill out the description well since this will be visibile on the main page.

Proceed with the usual steps.

Under Other Event Information fill the External Registration URL with the URl you would like the "Learn More" button to take you.

Make sure your start date is the day you would like this event to disappear. As events roll off as soon as they start.

Example: We've used this method to linked an event to go to the discipleship page to encourage City based discipleship groups.
